Servpro Industries, Inc. is seeking an Abatement Technician in Pelham, AL to perform environmental remediation and abatement services. This hands-on role requires a strong work ethic, strict safety adherence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with advancement pathways into lead tech roles.

Qualifications

• Abatement certifications preferred (asbestos/lead/mold).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willing to train on safety protocols and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform abatement and remediation work (asbestos, mold, lead, biohazard as applicable).
• Set up containment areas and negative air systems.
• Remove hazardous materials safely following protocols.
• Wear and maintain PPE (respirators, suits, etc.).
• Follow all OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards.
• Document jobs with photos, notes, and compliance logs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm
• Overtime + on-call rotation (extra earning potential)
