Job summary

A New Mexico-based restoration company is seeking an experienced Abatement Production Manager to lead their newly established Abatement Department. The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of experience in asbestos abatement, a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, and a proven track record in managing financial performance. This full-time position focuses on maintaining compliance, leading a team of asbestos technicians, and ensuring the department operates profitably. A suitable candidate will possess the Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor Certification and demonstrate strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years leading asbestos abatement projects.
• Deep knowledge of EPA NESHAP and OSHA regulations.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass fit/medical screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage asbestos technicians and lead project planning.
• Maintain compliance with containment and regulatory standards.
• Monitor financial performance and provide KPI reports.
