Job summary

FirstSteps for Kids, Inc. is seeking a Regional Training Manager (RTM) to lead clinician training, onboarding, and ongoing professional development across regions.

The RTM serves as the first point of contact for new clinical team members, ensuring they are set up for success from day one and aligned with FirstSteps' clinical standards. The role emphasizes mentorship, collaboration with Talent Acquisition, and hands-on instruction, including in-person trainings, study groups, and ongoing

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition to interview and select candidates aligned with FirstSteps' mission and values
• Lead and facilitate new Instructor trainings, including in-person instruction, modeling, and skill development
• Administer training assessments (written and field-based) to ensure clinical readiness
• Support team members in preparing for RBT certification, including facilitating study groups
• Provide ongoing mentorship and clinical support throughout the first 90 days of employment and beyond
• Maintain active clinical engagement through direct services and coverage support as needed

Additional Information

The ratio of direct session hours to supervision and training hours will vary based on regional training and clinical need. Specific expectations will be discussed during the interview process and confirmed in offer documentation.

Starting Pay Rate is $28/hour
