Job summary

My Team ABA is seeking Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to deliver high quality ABA therapy in home and community settings. We provide full training and support, including a 40-hour RBT course at no cost and step-by-step certification guidance.

Competitive pay based on ABA experience and RBT certification, plus medical/vision/dental, 401k, and 3 weeks PTO for full-time staff. Flexible schedules and ongoing training support growth toward BCBA tracks and supervision by a BCBA.

Qualifications

• RBT 40-hour training required before client work
• One year ABA therapy experience preferred
• High school diploma or college degree required
• Strong reliability and professionalism expected
• Knowledge of autism and related interventions preferred
• Excellent written and verbal English communications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home or community settings
• Implement behavior plans and data collection for clients aged 2–21
• Collaborate with BCBA and clinical team for treatment delivery
• Maintain communication with families, supervisor, and team
• Receive supervision from BCBA at 5% of services
• Adhere to BACB Ethical Compliance and professional boundaries
• Maintain flexibility to fit family schedules
