Job summary

My Team ABA in Marietta/Smyrna area seeks Behavioral Technicians (RBT) for afternoon sessions (2pm–7pm) in home and community settings. We offer full training, RBT 40-hour course at no cost, and growth toward BCBA paths. Competitive pay based on ABA experience, plus benefits and PTO for full-time staff.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or college degree, access to reliable transportation, and a positive, patient attitude with strong English communication. Background check required.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or College Degree required.
• RBT 40-hour training required prior to working with a client.
• One year ABA experience with children preferred but not required.
• Dependability and reliability are crucial for success.
• English communication skills required.
• Willingness to undergo background check.
• Must have reliable car and driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home or community.
• Implement behavior plans for ages 2–21.
• Conduct trials, natural environment teaching, and skill reinforcement.
• Collect data daily and enter into EMR.
• Collaborate with BCBA and clinical team; participate in trainings.
• Maintain professional boundaries and ethics; communicate with families.
