Job summary

WonderWay ABA NJ In-Home is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to support BCBA/LBA in delivering individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans for clients with ASD. You will conduct in-home, in-school, and in-treatment-center sessions and document progress with precision.

You will travel to client locations with a focus on training families, maintaining confidentiality, and communicating progress to the team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience with children who have ASD and strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Confidential handling of client information and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist BCBA/LBA in implementing individualized plans in homes, schools, and centers.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clinic and community settings.
• Record and monitor client data to measure progress.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors.
• Respond promptly to client and family needs and requests.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by BCBA/LBA.
