Job summary

Child Builders ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide home-based ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will work closely with clients, collect data, and help implement behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Completion of RBT training preferred; course offered for new staff.
• Current RBT certification (BACB) required.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement ABA techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings using BCBA-designed plans.
• Collect accurate data on client behavior during therapy sessions.
• Assist in development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to ensure consistent treatment.
• Assist clients in acquiring skills in communication, socialization, self-help, and academics.
• Provide feedback to BCBA regarding client progress and observed changes.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
