Job summary

All About ABA, LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for in-home, after-school ABA therapy. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing therapy plans and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• ABA therapy experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors through Central Reach.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to develop behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.
