Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or GED.
• RBT certification within 60 days of employment.
• CPR/AED or BLS certification required and in-person skill demo.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients one-on-one under BCBA supervision implementing ABA-based programs.
• Monitor client during sessions ensuring safety and wellbeing.
• Administer behavioral interventions and implement protocols for clients with communication or safety needs.
• Build rapport with clients using reinforcement strategies and modeling appropriate behavior.
• Document session notes and progress using the clinical system.
• Collaborate with family and colleagues to support client goals.
