Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings in Old Bridge, NJ. You will help develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training from experienced BCBAs.

The role offers part-time hours with flexible afternoons/evenings and weekend options. A high school diploma and reliable transportation are required, with training provided and ongoing supervision available.

Qualifications

• Experience providing 1:1 ABA therapy is preferred.
• Ability to collect and document data on treatment goals.
• Ability to collaborate with a supervising BCBA on behavior plans.
• Experience or passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
