Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work 1:1 with children with autism in home settings across New Jersey. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands‑on training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

This part‑time role offers flexible afternoon/evening shifts, competitive pay of $22–$28 per hour, and eligibility for benefits after meeting program requirements, plus ongoing supervision from seasoned professionals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to client homes is required.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Experience or passion for helping children and families is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
