Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes. You will help children build communication and social skills while receiving hands-on mentorship from an experienced BCBA.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, data collection during sessions, and ongoing supervision. Flexible afternoon/evening hours support a diverse schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (1:1 sessions).
• Collect data on treatment goals during sessions.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
