Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking full-time Behavior Technicians in Wellesley, MA to provide ABA therapy in multiple settings. Required hours include after-school shifts with potential Saturdays. Starting pay is $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs, with final compensation based on experience and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
