ABA Centers of New Jersey in Hackensack, NJ is seeking full-time RBT/BT professionals to provide ABA therapy. Starting rates are $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs, with final compensation based on experience and credentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old with minimum 1 year experience working with children or in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track progress and maintain quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
