Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is seeking energetic RBT/BT professionals to provide ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics in Hackensack, NJ. Starting rates are $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs, with final compensation determined by experience and credentials.

We offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear path to RBT advancement, including support through our ABA Academy of Excellence to prepare for the BACB exam.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of relevant experience.
• Availability afternoons/evenings/weekends.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 and have 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Direct client support and ABA therapy.
• Deliver therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain data accuracy.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical tasks as needed.
