Job summary

MAXIM HEALTHCARE SERVICES is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities. We will cover certification and training costs to start.

You will work under BCBA supervision, implement individualized goals, document progress, and collaborate with a clinical team. Part-time scheduling, paid training, and a pathway for career advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year relevant experience preferred.
• Current CPR/FA certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors
• Document child progress and milestones using a mobile application
• Implement goals and programs in the individualized Behavior Plan designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Providesbehaviorsupportservices and crisis intervention
• Follow instructions of the BCBA/Program supervisor
