Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is hiring full-time Behavior Technician staff to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years in Richmond, TX. You will follow therapy plans, collect session data, and engage children through play-based ABA activities.

Training is provided, and RBT certification is fully covered by the company. You must be at least 18, hold a Bachelor's degree (or be ready to provide proof), and be capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree required; provide proof of degree during hiring.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and mobility to participate in therapy activities.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• No prior experience required; paid training provided and RBT certification covered.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
