Job summary
Action Behavior Centers is hiring full-time Behavior Technician in Houston, TX to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. The role involves following treatment plans, collecting data, and supporting children’s communication, social, and independent skills in a caring, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s degree considered a plus.
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
- Experience in childcare, mental health, or related fields is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and flexible movement around a therapy space.
Responsibilities
- Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
- Assist children through play-based ABA activities and learning tasks.
- Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and stay actively engaged.
- Collaborate with a team to support children’s growth and goals.
