Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to work with children ages 18 months to 8 years in our Katy, TX clinic. You will deliver play-based ABA therapy, follow treatment plans, track simple session data, and support kids’ communication and social goals.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training and RBT certification provided.
• Must be 18+ and have a Bachelor's Degree.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and assist with active children.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
