Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Springfield, MA is seeking Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide direct ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor. You will work one-on-one with children following individualized plans in a center-based setting.

Minimum HS diploma, 6 months to 1 year of child experience preferred, and ability to work in a team as well as independently. Competitive pay at $20/hr with benefits and PTO, plus 40-hour RBT course provided.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children preferred (ABA).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must be able to meet physical tasks (standing, lifting, floor activities).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy and treatment under supervision.
• Work one-on-one with children following individualized plans.
• Assist BCBA clinicians in program implementation.
