Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support children and teens with autism across clinical, school, or home settings. You will work under a BCBA to deliver one-on-one therapy and help kids reach their full potential.

We offer competitive pay ($17-$20/hour), 25 days of PTO in year one, daily pay options, bonuses, 401k with match, and paid RBT training to help you grow toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills expected.
• High School Diploma or GED required; degree in Behavioral Health or related field a plus.
• Ability to earn RBT certification within 45 days (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans with ABA principles under BCBA supervision.
• Assist with challenging behaviors and provide a safe, supportive environment.
• Team with BCBA to update caregivers on progress.
• Complete session notes and timesheets.
• Record data on socially significant behaviors.
• Use instructional materials to motivate learners.
