Magnet ABA Therapy in Missouri is seeking individuals to provide in-person, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy under a BCBA. You will implement programs, collect progress data, and assist in developing support plans to help clients acquire social, communication, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or work with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy using ABA techniques.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and families.
