Job summary

Links ABA Therapy in New Jersey seeks a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help kids build communication, social and independence skills while receiving hands-on training.

Part-time with flexible afternoons/evenings. You will collect data, collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and support families with progress updates and strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
