No prior RBT credential? No problem—the position offers free training and the chance to gain experience while making a meaningful difference for children with Autism. Part-time hours and a flexible schedule are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and calmness in challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Serve as a key member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
