Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision.
• Follow individualized treatment plans tailored to each child.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills in a supportive setting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes of therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with BCBA and interdisciplinary team to adjust plans as needed.
