Job summary

Allied Pediatric Therapy, a Finni Health company, seeks a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in Hoover, AL.

You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and help clients develop essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured setting, while adhering to HIPAA guidelines. Flexible mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends available.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; BT applicants with 40-hour RBT training welcome.
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality knowledge required.
• Background in special education or psychology beneficial.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About The Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification (preferred; BT applicants with the 40-hour RBT training or no prior certification are welcome)
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
