Job summary

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide in-home, one-to-one ABA therapy for children with autism. You will collect data, implement behavior plans under supervision, and support families with progress updates and strategies.

The role offers flexible, part-time afternoon/evening shifts, and hands-on mentorship from experienced BCBAs. A valid high school diploma and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience or strong interest in ABA therapy.
• Ability to work with children and families in home settings.
• Commitment to ongoing training and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
