Job summary

Mindcolor Autism in Georgetown, TX seeks Registered Behavior Technicians to support 1:1 and small-group ABA therapy for children with autism. You will implement treatment plans under a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with the team to promote skill development and client well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid RBT Certification.
• Experience working with children and behavior/developmental needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small-group ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow individualized treatment plans andwritten protocols.
• Record data and monitor client progress accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBA and teammates to support each child’s goals.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment.
