Job summary

BlueSprig in Ohio is hiring full-time RBTs to provide ABA therapy in center/home settings with paid training and RBT certification. No experience required, training provided and mentorship available. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and tuition discounts.

Availability Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with optional Saturdays; pay ranges from $14.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on role and tenure. Onboarding and background checks required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for helping children.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and frequently sit, stand, crouch, and get on/off the floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients; collect data and document progress.
• Communicate with families, supervisors, and team members; participate in training and development.
