Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services, through its SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care team in Matthews, NC, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician. You will implement ABA-driven programs in homes or community settings and provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Work Monday to Friday, 3:00p–6:00p at our Matthews Clinic, coordinating with a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst and ensuring confidentiality while tracking progress and data.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
• Valid Driver’s License and active insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• RBT certification preferred; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information
