Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Registered Behavioral Technician to deliver ABA-based therapy to youth with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You will implement treatment goals under supervision, provide feedback to your supervisor, and help clients develop communication, self-help, and social skills.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.

Responsibilities

Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in homes or community settings.
Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.
Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
Track client progress and program data.
Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient-related information.
Adhere to CompanyPolicy and Procedures.
