Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver ABA-based programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home and community settings in Waxhaw, NC. The role is part-time with afternoon hours Monday–Friday (4:00p–6:30p).

You will work under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and report progress to your supervisor. The ideal candidate has an RBT certification (preferred), a bachelor’s degree (preferred), and at least two years of related

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-driven programs for youth in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to company policies and protect confidentiality.
