Action Behavior Centers in Sun City, AZ seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician with a Master’s degree to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with a supportive team.

This full-time role offers daytime hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm), paid training, and fully covered RBT certification. A Bachelor’s degree is also required, with the RBT completed within 20 days of hire.
