Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in El Mirage, AZ, is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Schedule Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and degree proof provided.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move actively with children.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
• Stay engaged throughout therapy sessions and support growth goals.
