Job summary

Alongside ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. Under supervision by a BCBA, you will implement treatment plans, collect data, and help build communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role is part-time, pays $22–$27 per hour, and requires flexibility to work in school, home, and clinic settings. Training including RBT certification is provided; strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• RBT certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized ABA programs and collect data
• Communicate with families, supervisors and team members
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to clinical standards
• Participate in training sessions and supervision hours
• Assist with documenting session data using approved software
• Support safety and behavior management during sessions
