A therapeutic services provider seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, providing one-on-one therapy, and supporting children across various settings. Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism is preferred.
• Flexibility and creativity in problem-solving.
• Ability to communicate appropriately under varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect accurate data and document progress throughout each session.
• Communicate client progress and observations to supervising clinicians.
• Teach communication, social, self-help, and behavior skills aligned with treatment goals.
• Support children across a variety of settings.
