Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Milford, MA is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our expanding ABA team. You will deliver therapy in homes, schools, and clinics under BCBA supervision, documenting progress and ensuring high-quality data collection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields (preferred).
• Experience working with children or adolescents (preferred).
• Prior exposure to ABA services (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain data quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
