Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health seeks an RBT Case Manager in Harlingen, TX to provide compassionate care to patients with autism and other developmental disabilities. This role includes engaging in patient-related activities, assisting with staff training, and developing individualized treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery while collaborating effectively with a dedicated team. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule, excellent benefits, and opportunities for supervision toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification.
• Master’s degree completion anticipated within six (6) months.
• Experience working with children aged 18 months to 12 years.
• Willingness to be trained on the principles of ABA.

Responsibilities

• Engage in patient-related BACB-approved activities.
• Assist the BCBA and lead caregiver training.
• Develop and write individualized skill acquisition programs.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments.
