Job summary

BK Behavior in the United States is seeking part-time ABA professionals to provide one-on-one services to children with autism in home or community settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions, track progress, and partner with families and BCBA supervisors to support independence.

No prior ABA experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and opportunities to grow within the thriving ABA field, with flexible afternoon or evening hours to suit education-related schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness
