Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking part‑time ABA paraprofessionals to provide one‑on‑one services in clients’ homes or community locations. You will work with a clinical team to implement evidence‑based ABA interventions and help children with Autism develop independence.

No ABA experience is required as comprehensive training is provided; candidates should be patient, compassionate, and able to stay calm in challenging situations while building strong family relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Must maintain patience and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients using evidence‑based interventions.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to optimize treatment.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as directed by the clinical team.
