Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks part-time ABA technicians to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings, delivering evidence-based interventions and supporting independence.

You will join a clinical team, record data, collaborate with families and BCBA supervisors, and gain valuable real-world experience with comprehensive paid training and flexible afternoon/evening hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and work with children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Must complete 40-hour RBT course.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness.
