Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a leader to manage the Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities Therapy program. You will develop ABA intervention plans for children with autism, coordinate BCBA-led service delivery, and supervise therapists and consultants to ensure program goals are met.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a developmental field and 3+ years of direct ABA experience with supervision.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a developmental field (e.g., education, psychology, speech language) is required.
  • At least three years of experience providing direct ABA services to children with autism and supervising therapists; five years preferred.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours and be available by phone/email as needed by clinical staff and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage operations of the Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities Therapy program.
  • Coordinate service delivery between BCBA staff and other clinicians.
  • Ensure efficient use of time, supplies, and resources across sites.
  • Supervise and mentor BCBA supervision and therapy staff.
  • Develop and oversee behavioral treatment programs to meet varied ASD needs.
  • Lead staff training and clinical process development.
  • Monitor data-driven progress documentation and adjust treatment planning as needed.
  • Collaborate with external service providers and specialists within the health system.
