Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and administer applied behavior analysis (ABA) intervention programs for children with autism and related disabilities in the Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities.

Responsibilities include program development, supervision of ABA, parent/teacher training, business, marketing and philanthropic activities to promote the program in the Health System and the community at large.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a developmental field and BCBA certification required.
• At least one year of direct ABA services experience with children with autism.
• Experience consulting with families, educational and clinical staff is desired; five years preferred.
• Self-motivated, highly organized; able to work independently but within a team.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours and be available by phone/email as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer ABA intervention programs for children with autism and related disabilities.
• Supervise ABA services and therapists as part of program delivery.
• Provide parent/teacher training and guidance.
• Engage in business, marketing and philanthropic activities to promote the program within the Health System and community.
• Actively participate in a multi-disciplinary team.
