Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Sun City, AZ is seeking a Direct Support Professional with a Bachelor’s Degree. You will follow treatment plans, assist children with autism through play-based activities, and maintain a safe therapy space.

Paid training and RBT certification are provided, with opportunities for growth and stable full-time hours. Required are a Bachelor’s Degree, 18+ years old, ability to lift 30 lbs, and willingness to obtain RBT certification within 20 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Active pace while working with young children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
