Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking individuals to provide in-home or center-based ABA services for children with autism. You will deliver direct 1:1 therapy and support skill development in behavior management, toileting, feeding, compliance, and more.

Job involves data collection, program implementation under BCBA supervision, and collaboration with a team. A vehicle and valid driver’s license are required to commute to locations; competitive pay and flexible scheduling offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Able to communicate with co-workers, supervisors and families.
• Valid state identification card required.
• Reliable transportation to multiple locations.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• You must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute to locations.
• Other duties as assigned.
