Action Behavior Centers is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow treatment plans and help kids learn through play and hands-on activities.

We provide paid training and cover your RBT certification. Benefits include health, dental, and vision, 10 holidays, PTO, and a supportive team. A bachelor's degree is required, with degree proof provided during the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required and must be verifiable.
• Paid RBT certification will be provided after hire.
