Job summary

HireCare Services in Raleigh, NC is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow clinical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on client behavior and skill development.
• Communicate progress and concerns to supervising BCBAs.
• Maintain clear, timely, and professional session notes.
• Build supportive and therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
• Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and company standards.
