Job summary

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. We support our RBTs with supervision and onboarding to help you confidently apply your skills and make a real impact with families.

As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. The role offers flexible hours and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collect and track session data
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior
• Share progress with your clinical team
