Job summary

Circle Care Services is hiring Behavior Technicians or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 18+ years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
• Background in nanny, babysitter, teacher or paraprofessional is a good fit for this role.
