Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs under BCBA supervision.

You will participate in flexible scheduling with supervision and ongoing feedback, and you may receive support to complete your RBT certification if needed. The role involves ABA therapy and data collection to track progress and improve outcomes for children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Interest in behavioral health and willingness to complete RBT certification if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collect and track session data
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior
• Share progress with your clinical team
